Vaughn took over the coaching reigns in Brooklyn seven games into last season after former head coach Steve Nash was fired. He ends his tenure with a 64-65 straight up record, including a 34-48 record after the Nets traded Kevin Durant last February.

The Nets entered the season hoping to prove that the depth they acquired in the Kyrie Irving and Durant trades could get them back to the NBA Playoffs, but are 12 games under .500 with 28 games left in the NBA season.

FanDuel has their win total for the remainder of the season listed at 34.5 with the juice (-124) on the under. The Nets' odds to make the NBA Play-In Tournament are +145 and they are 2.5 games behind the Atlanta Hawks for the 10th spot in the standings.
